Cal State L.A. Tennis Wins Fourth Consecutive, Defeats Coyotes, 8-1

LOS ANGELES – Cal State L.A. tennis extended their winning streak to four matches by dominating Cal State San Bernardino in CCAA action at the Coyote Courts.  The Golden Eagles improve to 4-2 overall, 3-1 in the Conference.

The Golden Eagles took two of the three doubles sets before sweeping singles.  Michele Maduz, Isis Jackson, Jennifer Avila, and Bojana Ducanovic won in straight sets.  Jackson and Avila were each one loss from flawless victory, and Ducanovic swept her opponent for the second consecutive time.

Cal State L.A. tennis returns to action on March 2, as they head on the road to make their last CCAA visit to Cal State Bakersfield as they face off against the NCAA Division I-bound Roadrunners in duals action.  The team returns to the Cal State L.A. Tennis Complex on March 6 for non-conference action against Biola.
